Hole Opener/Reamer Types

The VersaReam by Bit Brokers International features interchangeable and expandable PDC reamer blades, allowing one reamer body to accommodate multiple blade sizes. BIT BROKERS INTERATIONAL MANUFACTURES FIXED BLADE PDC HOLE OPENERS/REAMERS.
Sizes vary from 6″ to 36″ and can be manufactured to push or pull. The most common number of blades for these reamers is either 5 or 6, but Bit Brokers can custom design the reamer to your specifications.

Bit Brokers fixed blade PDC hole openers/reamers are 3-5 times faster than the traditional roller cone hole openers/reamers in the correct formations. With added rate of penetration, the PDC holeopeners/reamers cut down on operating cost because the ream is finished faster.

Fixed blade PDC hold openers/reamers do well in the same formations as traditional PDC bits, which normally are sandstone, limestone, shale, clay, sand and similar formations.
